Catherine’s House is the first phase of this regeneration project. Originally built as offices, it is currently being converted into 54 one and two-bedroom quality, contemporary apartments, all housed in an eight-storey building.

Introducing Catherine’s House
Over the past decade, Bedminster has become a vibrant inner-city cultural destination, while still retaining its identity as a mainly residential district with a strong community feel.
